At Blackforest Footwear, we stand behind the craftsmanship and care that goes into every pair of Tabi we create. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons outside of the conditions outlined below.
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:
• If merchandise is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
• If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, and sufficient proof (such as photographs) is provided within 5 days of delivery.
In addition, if your order has not been shipped within 3 weeks from the date of purchase, you are welcome to contact us to:
• Request a full refund, or
• Choose to continue waiting, should the delay be due to unforeseen issues on our end.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We will gladly accept a return or exchange only under the following condition:
• The product is damaged upon delivery and the damage is clearly not caused by misuse or wear after receipt.
To be eligible, customers must:
• Report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including images of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will offer the following resolution:
• A replacement item sent at no cost to you, or
• A full refund if a replacement is not possible or requested.
